Tim vor der Brück is a researcher in the field of text mining and applications of machine learning methods to natural language processing tasks at the Text Technology Department of Goethe-University Frankfurt (http://www.hucompute.org/team/21). He holds a diploma degree from Saarland University in computer science. After his diploma he worked for two years at the German Research Center of Artificial Intelligence in the area of natural language processing. Afterwards he was employed at the German Meteorological Service for improving the weather forecast and at the Fern Universität in Hagen (University of Hagen) in the area of knowledge acquisition by text mining.
