Dr. Anne Petry-Eberle is Head of Corporate Information & Research Management at Daimler AG.

Since 2006 her department has regulatory responsibility for content syndication within the corporate group including the responsibility for the steering of the entire professional information expenditures. Corporate Information & Research Management grants licenses for automotive and economic information from external providers to make it available across the group within the employee's portal. The tasks include strategy development for information management within the corporate group, strategy implementation in line with value-oriented leadership, development and implementation of information solutions on the basis of latest web-technologies and trends, purchasing information as well as the supplier management including the set-up of development partnerships.

Following university studies in Mathematics, Geography and Art History, her time as a scientific assistant at the University of Cologne and the obtaining of her PhD she graduated as information professional. Since 1987 she has been working for Daimler AG in Library and Information Management participating as advisory board member with several committees and panels of experts (DIN, FIZ Karlsruhe, German National Library of Science and Technology / University Library Hannover (TIB/UB), German National Library of Economics (ZBW), groups of experts in Ministries of Lower Saxony and Schleswig-Holstein).
