Mogens Sandfær coordinates the DEFF Web Services acitivity and is active in the general DEFF areas of system architecture, epublishing, scholarly communication as well. At DTU, the Technical University of Denmark, Mogens is Director of the Center for Knowledge Technology - previously he held the position as Director of Development of the Technical Knowledge Center of Denmark. Previous positions include: CERN Scientic Information Service (Head of Database and Systems Section) and the Council of Europe (Head of Documentary Information Service).
