Vanessa Proudman is project manager at Tilburg University Library, and Nereus Programme Manager. Before setting up the Nereus Programme in 2003, she worked for a UN-affiliated organisation for 10 years as head of information and ICT, and project manager of numerous information service/network projects. Since 2003 she has been the Nereus programme manager, and head of the Tilburg University Institutional Repository involved on both national and international levels in operational management, copyright, user-centred issues and advocacy relating to IRs.
