Co-presenter for LibQUAL+(tm), Colleen Cook, is Dean of Libraries at Texas A&M University. Dr. Cook earned her B.A. in German from the University of Texas, and holds advanced degrees in history (M.A.) and higher education (Ph.D.) from Texas A&M. With her training as a research methodologist, her early work on LibQUAL+(tm) is the formative contribution to the emergence of the current instrument. She is a widely published author and is active professionally, including IFLA, and the Association of Research Libraries, where she chairs the Statistics and Assessment Task Force.
